The window holding the transmission spectrum is opened from the main window by the T command.
The transmittance spectrum is loaded from the file glass_t.spc and looks like this:
Note that the spectral range of the two input spectra must not be the same concerning the unit and the data points. However, both must contain the spectral region for which you want to compute the dielectric function.
